Online Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your online purchase, but in the case it does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item(s) for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we kindly ask you to take care when trying garments on. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that any briefs or swimwear have been tried on over your underwear, and that all tags are left on. Please note hosiery may not be returned.

All returned garments must be returned to our store address within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If the garment(s) have been worn, altered, washed or damaged, they will not be accepted as an eligible return. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense. Hosiery may not be returned.
Kindly note, we do not offer refunds for Gift Certificates and they may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
Processing a Return
Simply fill out our Returns Form and you can return your purchase via your own preferred shipping method or directly to us in store if you live in Melbourne. Please remember to take note of your tracking number when posting any returns. You will receive an email from us once we get your return to arrange your credit, exchange or refund.
