Online Returns and Exchanges


We hope you are happy with your online purchase, but in the case it does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item(s) for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we kindly ask you to take care when trying garments on. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that any briefs or swimwear have been tried on over your underwear, and that all tags are left on. Please note hosiery may not be returned.

Return Policy:

All returned garments must be returned to our store address within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If the garment(s) have been worn, altered, washed or damaged, they will not be accepted as an eligible return. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense. Hosiery may not be returned.

Kindly note, we do not offer refunds for Gift Certificates and they may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please note:


  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care if returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged with care to ensure there is no damage to the cups. La Donna reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.

  • Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit.

  • If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • In the case that defective merchandise is received, La Donna is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines and the product is available.

Processing a Return


Simply fill out our Returns Form and you can return your purchase via your own preferred shipping method. Please remember to take note of your tracking number when posting any returns.
You will receive an email from us once we get your return to arrange your credit, exchange or refund.
