Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the case it does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item(s) for exchange or store credit.

Australian Residents:

Returns are easy, trackable, cost effective and convenient!


  • Simply fill out our Returns Form and we will process your return for you.
  • Once this is done, you will receive a link to purchase a returns label for $7.95 which you can use to print off and send your package back to us!
  • Alternatively, you can return your purchase via your own preferred shipping option or directly to us in store. Remember to take note of your tracking number when posting any returns.

International Residents:


Simply fill out our
Returns Form and you can return your purchase via your most convenient postal option.

Return Policy:

All returned garments must be returned to our store address within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If the garment(s) have been worn, altered, washed or damaged, they will not be accepted as an eligible return. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense. Hosiery may not be returned.

Kindly note, we do not offer credit card refunds and Gift Certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please note:

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care if returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged with care to ensure there is no damage to the cups. La Donna reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.

  • Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit.

  • If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • In the case that defective merchandise is received, La Donna is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines and the product is available.
