How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Free Click and Collect If you live in Melbourne, simply place your order and collect in store after 2 hours

$6.50 Regular Postage for orders less than $100

$10.00 Express Post available on all orders


International Residents:


Shipping options include Air Mail or International Express Post by Australia Post.

Please note that La Donna is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons and all delivery times are estimated.

La Donna is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or Australia Post’s part.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please click here for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the case it does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item(s) for exchange or credit note.

All returned garments must be returned to our store address within 10 days of delivery and must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. If the garment(s) have been worn, altered, washed or damaged, they will not be accepted as an eligible return. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.

Please choose carefully as no returns, exchanges or refunds are available for sale items.


We do not offer credit card refunds and Gift Certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please note:

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care if returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged with care to ensure there is no damage to the cups. La Donna reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.

  • Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit.

  • If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • In the case that defective merchandise is received, La Donna is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines and the product is available.

When will my order ship?
  All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
